How do you decide who goes on which team

AIA Volleyball will talk with you and your coach about your volleyball skills to determine your level of skill, discuss with you your desires for the countries we are going to and determine the needs of the teams to find your placement.  There are no tryouts or video tapes needed.  It is amazing how God brings together the players that are needed for each team and how He unites them together.

Our teams are composed mostly of college and post collegiate players but we have been known to take high school players who have a high level of skill and maturity. Don’t fool yourself and think that you are over the hill! If you are still playing regularly and have the desire to go then we can find a place for you. Some of our better team leaders have been players who have been out of school for a while and can pass down some wisdom to the other players.

We are also looking for coaches, administrators and athletic trainers to travel with us.
